SBC-SMART-MEN comes with 6 x RS232s, 3 x USB Host 2.0, 2 x Fast LANs and LVDS. It is a Single Board Computer based on TI Sitara AM335X ARM Cortex-A8 technology (600MHz, 800MHz or 1GHz).
This product is aiming to devices that need interface many legacy peripherals and need a higher resolution display with Ethernet connectivity -- all while keep the power level low and price competitive. The main feature of SBC-SMART-MEN is a lack of real-world ports except for an SD slot and dual Fast Ethernet ports, and the inclusion of additional USB and six serial interfaces.
The SBC consists of a SMARC module and a application-oriented carrier board. Users can easily upgrade or expand their system by taking advantages of this architecture.
