ARM9 Based SBC Module

MXM form factor modules are originally design for laptop graphic card. Embedian is the world first to leverage this form factor into standard industrial design. As the technology fast moving, 200 pins in SODIMM form factor computer modules have become insufficient. The MXM form factor computer on module has more design flexibility and 242 pin-outs while keeps about the same physical dimension as SODIMM does. Most importantly, all RISC-based modules in MXM form factor from Embedian in the future will be about 95% pin-to-pin compatible to save customers design efforts and extend their product lifetime.

A 242-pin golden finger connector enables the MXM-7110 and MXM-7114 to interface with OEM's custom circuitry and with an evaluation carrier board that is supplied with Embedian's evaluation kit. The evaluation carrier board includes a LCD panel, headers and connectors for all interface. Except MXM form factor, a slightly smaller COM series modules are also available.

Note: For this series of products, Embedian requires our prospective customers to purchase evaluation kit first.
