Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground to provide tracking ability. If your preferred method of shipping is not UPS or FedEx Ground Mail, please mention this when you place the order. Please expect 1-6 weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping and items you ordered. Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been processed. You will then get a confirmation that your order is complete and tracking information to follow your merchandise. |
| How much will it cost to ship my order? |
When you confirm the item you would like to purchase, our sales representative will offer you this infomation. Usually it depends on the package weight or size. All shipping is from our warehouse in Taipei, Taiwan. For customers purchase our merchandise from Embedian distributors, please contact the distributors directly for shipping information. |
| Pricing and Price Revision |
Embedian endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products, and on many discontinued items. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day your order was placed, unless this price has declined on or before the day your order is shipped) plus any applicable shipping charges. Except Taiwanese companys need 5% tax, Embedian does not charge sales tax on orders placed with it. For customers need to evaluate our product first, you can purchase our evaluation kit at "evaluation kit" product category. Embedian reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on this site at any time. Should Embedian reduce its price on any shipped product within 15 calendar days of shipment, you may contact Embedian at Sales Department to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Embedian within 30 business days of shipment. |
| Return Policy |
We are commited to giving you the highest in customer satisfaction. Embedian will accept returns with in 30 days of original delivery date. Returns from orders older than 30 may be accepted at the discretion of management. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in their original packaging. Embedian reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on these returns. If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below. Returned items must be unworn and unused, and in perfect, re-sellable condition. To return an item, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling out our Returns Request first. Please include your original order number, the product number/title and the reason for the return. Please note we cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number! We will then e-mail you return shipping instructions. Please package all items securely. we recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Once we have received and processed your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit to show up on your statement. | Cancelling Orders |
If you need to cancel an order, you have to inform us ASAP. Send an email to Sales Department giving your name, email and order confirmation number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.
